For Canadian physicians
Disability and insurance forms, drafted from your notes.
Upload the form and your clinical notes. JOBA completes everything the evidence supports, flags what needs your judgement, and leaves the signature to you.
The paperwork that follows the visit.
Disability and insurance forms ask for the same clinical facts in a different shape every time. The evidence is already in your notes. Transcribing it is the part that eats your evenings.
Long, repetitive forms
CPP-D, the Disability Tax Credit, AISH and insurer statements each run many pages of narrative and checkboxes.
Precise wording matters
Severity, duration and functional limits have to match the evidence exactly. A vague answer can delay a patient's claim.
Follow-ups keep coming
After the form goes out, insurers and CRA send follow-up questionnaires that ask for the same facts again.

Built by a practising family physician
I built JOBA for the forms I fill myself.
JOBA began with a familiar frustration in my life as a family physician: after long days caring for patients, important disability and insurance forms would accumulate on my desk, competing with clinical responsibilities, approaching deadlines, and the need to have a life outside medicine.
I remembered something I'd learned years earlier about user innovation: some of the most useful businesses emerge from problems their founders experience firsthand. I wondered whether technology could take the clinical information we'd already documented and turn hours of repetitive paperwork into a simpler, evidence-informed process, with the physician retaining final control.
That idea became JOBA. My ambition is simple: less paperwork for clinicians, faster access to completed forms for patients, and clearer documentation for the organizations that rely on them.

JOBA uses AI to draft answers from your notes. You review, approve and sign. Your signature is never applied automatically.
Proposed answers are flagged
Anything JOBA infers is marked as proposed and held for your review. Nothing is exported until you approve it.
