Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the JOBA marketing website (the "Site"). Use of the JOBA application itself, including any beta, will be governed by a separate agreement.

Information only

The Site describes JOBA, a tool that drafts medical forms from clinical notes for physician review. The Site is for general information. It is not medical, legal or insurance advice.

The physician remains responsible

JOBA uses artificial intelligence to draft answers, which can contain errors. A physician must review, edit and approve every answer and apply their own signature. Nothing on the Site changes the physician's professional and legal responsibility for any form they sign.

Beta access

Submitting the sign-up form is a request, not a guarantee of access. We choose who is invited to the beta, and when, at our discretion. The beta is intended for licensed physicians in Canada.

No patient information

Do not submit patient information through the Site.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, interfere with it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to related systems.

Intellectual property

The JOBA name, logo, text and design on the Site belong to JOBA or its licensors.
