Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the JOBA marketing website (the "Site") handles information. It covers the Site only. How the JOBA application handles information is covered in the JOBA app privacy policy.

What we collect through this Site

Beta sign-up. If you use the "Join the physician beta" form, we receive the email address you enter. We use it to reply to your request and to contact you about the beta.

Technical data. Like most websites, the Site's hosting and form services receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, as part of delivering the Site and the form.

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own.

Please do not send patient information

Do not enter patient names, health information or other personal information about patients into the sign-up form or send it to us through this Site.

Service providers that handle Site data

• Cloudflare hosts the Site and delivers it to your browser.
• Web3Forms receives the sign-up form and forwards it to us by email.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the Site, which means your browser requests them from Google.

These providers may process data outside Canada.

How we use and share information

We use sign-up information only to respond to beta requests and to communicate about JOBA. We do not sell it. We share it only with the providers above as needed to run the Site and the form, or where the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you gave us through the Site by replying to any email we send you.

Retention

We keep sign-up emails only as long as needed to run the beta and respond to you. We delete them if you ask.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version will appear below.
